Estimated Delivery Time: 1-7 Business Days 

We ship all orders via USPS, UPSunless another carrier is available at checkout. Please expect shipping delays due to COVID-19 and the Holiday Season. We will package and ship all orders 1-3 business days Monday-Friday excluding all major holidays.

You will receive an email with tracking information. Please utilize the tracking information for USPS updates. 

Shipping will be calculated at checkout and based on the total weight of your purchase. 

We at Essence of Noire are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen first verify the shipping address entered at checkout. We have no authority over the USPS delivery system.  Please reach out to your local post office and provide them with your tracking number from your confirmation email to file a missing/lost parcel claim. They will attempt to locate the package and have the ability to escalate your request. We at Essence of Noire are not responsible for the cost of lost or stolen packages, we will however help assist as much as possible.
