Refund policy
ESSENCE OF NOIRE'S RETURN POLICY
You have 21 days from your order date to request an exchange, return, or refund. Refunds will be refunded in the form of a store credit in most cases.
ELIGIBLE REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE REVIEWED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. WE WILL ISSUE A STORE CREDIT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR ORDER.
We offer a 21-day return policy for all eligible items. You have 21 calendar days after your purchase date to submit a Return Request. Returns will not be honored outside of this window. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. Essence of Noire is not responsible for any shipping and handling fees associated with returns whatsoever. We may send you a return label upon accepting your return. The cost of the new shipping label will be deducted from your store credit amount. You will have 7 calendar days to mail your item once we send your shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase if and when possible. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive a store credit.
Please inspect your items upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is believed to be defective or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We strive to quality control and inspect all items before shipment.
Please note the exchanges are based on our inventory at the time of fulfilling your replacement order. We will not place any items on hold ahead of processing your return.
To start a return case, please utilize Our Return Center. You may be asked to send photos along with your request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
FOR ACCEPTED RETURNS WE WILL GLADLY ISSUE A REFUND IN THE FORM OF A STORE CREDIT IMMEDIATELY ONCE YOUR ITEM IS REVIEWED AND ACCEPTED. YOUR STORE CREDIT WILL NEVER EXPIRE.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return. Certain types of items cannot be returned, shoes, handbags, accessories, undergarments, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Any flaw noted in the product description is not eligible for a return. All measurements are approximate and taken by hand. If measurements slightly vary, that item is not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item return eligibility. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages
Processing Time for Returns
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund or store credit. Please allow 1-5 business days for your return to be processed.
